Notify A Customer Their Order Is Ready
You'll receive a message in the dashboard 24 hours after starting an order. You can click the notify button to text customer that the order is ready.
Search For Order
1. Click Search button in Dashboard
2. Search for customer by name, last 4, or order id. If you have a barcode scanner, you can scan the ticket. (See Image 1)
3. Click the "Ready" button in the bottom of the order page.
4. Mark all or some items as ready. Send customer a text that order is ready (Image 2)
5. Click Done to return to dashboard.
