Add wholesale ticket number

Do you need to track the order id's provided by your wholesale customers?

Enable subtickets

In the POS go to Settings -> Preferences. Turn on "Show sub-ticket."

Add subticket to an order

On the order page you will see Subticket in the top right. Click on the subticket section to add the number.

Search By Subticket Number:

In the POS dashboard, click the magnifiying glass ("Search") icon in the top right. On the Search page, click the icon in the top right and select "Subticket number." Now you can search for the order by the subticket number.
