Fidelity Support

1. Email support@sudzy.co when your Fidelity account has been approved so we can connect it to your Sudzy account.

2. Order the compatible swiper: the ID Tech IDMR-AL30133 TECH IMAG PRO II LIGHTNING CONNECTOR, for example.

3. Plug the swiper into the iPad plug where the iPad charger normally goes. To charge the iPad with the swiper plugged in you will need an Android cable, not the iPad cable.
