Sudzy provides an easy way to view and analyze your customers' data and activity. This feature allows you to improve your customers engagement by taking actions on customers who stopped using your services.
In the Sudzy Portal under Reports > Customers you can now see a list of all your customers along with some powerful data:
- Their mobile number.
- First order date (since when this customer is active)
- Last order date (last time the customer used your service)
- Number of orders in total
- Segment: Newbie (placed first orders in last 2 weeks); Frequent (placed multiple orders recently); Risk (hasn’t ordered for 15–30 days); Lost(hasn’t ordered in a month)
