1. Click Pickup button in Dashboard. Search for the order by customer or order id. If you have a barcode scanner you can scan the ticket.
2. Rack numbers will show in order details.
3. If customer hasn't paid yet (balance is greater than $0), click the Pay button to charge them.
4. Click the Pickup button at the bottom of the order page.
5. Select all or some items that have been picked up. (see Image 1).
6. Status will change to Done in order details.
7. Click Done to exit order.
